Payments: My full list of what I use and accept
I accept Paypal, DeviantArt points, E-gift cards, and Discord Nitro. (more may be added)The current prices listed are only the USD prices. For DA points, I have a conversion rate of 1$ = 100 points.Some of these options won't pay fully - I.E, a month of Discord Nitro will pay for $10 comissions, but not for a $12 comission. Due to this, I can accept multiple forms of payment together- I.E, Discord Nitro and DA points, Discord Nitro and Discord Basic Nitro, or any other combo.For any items that are close to a whole number, I will accept rounded up prices. I.E, Discord Nitro is 9.99, but I'll take it as 10$
This applies to only items that end in 99 cents. .
Terms Of Service
General-Any and all rules here are subject to change, being deleted, or more being added at any point.- Any commission work I do may possibly be used as examples. If a buyer prefers to not have their commission used as an example, let me know.-The buyer may repost the commission anywhere they wish, but please credit me by at least mentioning my name when posting the product.-Any art work I do is not for commercial use.-Do NOT claim my art as your own. Credit me to avoid this, either by posting my name or a link to any of my art pages.Payments- If Paypal is used, the buyer will receive my Paypal email upon the commission being accepted. Along with my Paypal, I will send a note/DM confirming the total amount and requesting the upfront payment in receipt format.- If any other payment method besides USD is used, the buyer will receive a note/DM confirming the total amount, and I will request the upfront payment. The only exception to this is Discord Nitro.-Any payments done in Discord Nitro will be final, and cannot be refunded. However, I will only accept Discord Nitro when the commission is nearly complete.- Do not send me the payment without my say.- If the template provided in my commission journal is not used, and you aren't asking a question, I will possibly ignore your message.Workflow and Time Limit- I will show the buyer progress of their commission once the first payment is made.- Each progress update will be watermarked.- There will be a minimum of 3 progress update photos given to the buyer. The first is the sketching and idea phase. Second is line work phase. Third is coloring.-When buyers receive progress updates, please respond to confirm you've seen the update and approve of the progress. Any response will do- memes, emotes, etc are encouraged!-If there is no response to a progress update after 2 days, I will halt work on the commission. The only exception to this is if the buyer notifies me that they'll be unavailable.- I will post progress updates automatically without the buyer asking. If the buyer wants more updates, please ask!- Progress updates will begin within 3 days after the payment is made.- Commissions will be completed within 30 days of the first payment.- Everything I do will be done digitally. However, I may do some sketches traditionally, and then scan to complete digitally.Refunds- If the commission has not yet been started, the upfront payment will be refunded fully.- If the commission had been started, but not finished, I will keep the upfront payment, and the buyer will not receive the art.Edits/Changes-I will do 3 major edits/changes to FINALIZED lines. Any more changes or edits will cost 50 cents/50 points each. This does not apply to sketched lines.-During the sketching stage, any major line work changes can be made, IE pose(s)/expression(s) free of charge.
